(2015/01/11-12) …all sightseeing was now cancelled and the goal for the next days was to stay near at a Hospital in Auckland. Back in Auckland we headed to the police station to make an official record about the Pitbull dog attack. It wasn’t worth to spend the gas to drive there! Never saw people so disinterested what happened and willing to help as there. The only question they asked me was, if the owner of the dog order to attack me. Nope. Well, then it’s not our problem. Here is the number of Animal Control Auckland, please let them know what happened. AH HA!! So parking and speeding tickets is more important then helping a tourist who really has a problem? POLICE AUCKLAND, GO TO HELL, THANKS FOR YOUR “SUPPORT”! You had luck, that i have other worries then to piss you on and go to the local news. It seems that Auckland didn’t like our family. I dropped my travel partner at the Nomads Hostel and headed south to the Manukau Campground near the Middlemore Hospital.
The next day, i was woke up by my alarm clock which i set, because the whole arm started to hurt and was swollen near its double size. The dressing didn’t looked very well too and had to be changed, which i didn’t wanted to do on my own, if it’s got stuck. Even a campground is maybe not the best cleanest environment to do that for a fresh wound. After a blood check, x-ray, ultrasound check and a needle treatment to suck out some old blood which was deeper in the wound, the day at the hospital was almost over. I have to stay that the employees at the hospital where so nice and friendly, thanks. Before i left i got some sandwiches (because i had to stay sober after i arrived).
Back at the campground my mood was totally gone and i had to find something which distracts me a bit. My HeARts, of course, they had to be finished, but how? The right arm was near useless. With a lot of time and effort trying to use my left hand i finally succeeded to cut the front for the iPad. Done, my mind felt now a bit better and it was a bit easier now to fell asleep…
